As a young couple with two growing children, we feel that it is important to raise our children in an environment that provides the healthiest alternatives, and we want to share those alternatives with you. Every day we spend at the farm, our daughter plays with the piglets, brushes the cows, and chases the chickens. Our pastures are located in the Shepaug River Valley of Roxbury, CT, where our animals enjoy the lucious green pastures of the Northeast. It’s a fact that pasture raised meats are higher in Omega 3 proteins than feedlot cattle. Our free range eggs are also a huge hit amongst our customers.
